The LoHi neighborhood has become a hot spot for restaurants, retail shops and young professional singles and families to call home. The neighborhood is just across the highway from Downtown Denver, and some of the streets remain on the original "Downtown Grid," so the area serves as a type of urban extension. Newer lofts, condos and townhouses have largely replaced the older original buildings, making LoHi young, hip and hot.

LoHi attracts funky, independent shops and boutiques and active residents who love being in the center of the city, but still enjoy the sanctuary of home. Live here and you’ll enjoy the convenience of everything it offers. The Highlands Bridge—a pedestrian overpass—connects the area to Riverfront and LoDo, while local grocers, trendy restaurants, and a liberal sprinkling of remaining historic buildings and homes retain a community feel.
